Who we are
I am not a developer. That is the point.
I spent 20 years as a pharmacy tech. My husband and I ran a lawn care business. I started my marketing agency in 2019, moved to HighLevel in 2021, and I built the whole thing myself. No team, no VA, no sales staff.
Most developers have 15 years in. They know the tech deep and they are good at it. They also build the way they have always built. But a lot of what used to need code does not need code now. The tools moved. The habits did not.
Women are not better at this. We are just different. We have different skills, and we look at a problem differently than a developer looks at it. So it never made sense for me to learn it the developer way. I am not a developer.
I built my own way instead. I talk into my phone and AI writes the code. I bring the idea, it does the development. That is the whole trick.
